A goldsmith crafts an engagement ring with great care. The ring is for the woman he loves, but he is not the groom.
The concept I had was to tell a story mainly through one's hands. Using skill and hard-work to show love to someone even if you don't get anything back.
This project was made by a small team of ten within 9-weeks. Our team consisted of great concept designers, 3D modelers, storyboarders and animators. I was assigned as a Director while also wearing many hats (storyboarding, animating, and sound design). I enjoyed getting excited with them on such a simple yet dramatic story.
Collaborating with them helped finalize my ideas. They added many ideas that elevated it too. Thanks to our production managers, time management was never a problem.
